Operating at various Skypec branches in Northern Regional, Middle Regional, Southern Regional Vietnam are 4 test laboratories where fuel quality is strictly tested up to international and national standards, and in accordance with “air fuel quality requirements of the joint operation system” (AFQRJOS) imposed by JIG before delivery to the customers.
1. Functions of the test laboratories:
- Conduct in-house inspection, control and test to ensure that the quality of Jet A-1 air fuel complies with all requirements laid down in the Transport Ministry’s Circular 04/2018/TT-BGTVT, and in the set of standards JIG (JIG 1, JIG 2, EI/JIG 1530) in the supply chain from the oil refinery to the aircraft.
- Provide Jet-A air fuel test service to outside customers within the capacity accredited in the certified registration to conduct tests in compliance with the regulations specified in the government Decree107/2016/NĐ-CP.
2. Capacity of the test laboratories:
- All 5 laboratories are accredited by the Accreditation Office for Standards Conformity Assessment Capacity (AOSC) to meet standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

+ Every 5 years: Undergoing re-assessment by the accrediting agency.
