SKYPEC LIEN KHUONG AIRPORT BRANCH: READY FOR A NEW JOURNEY

   For the Skypec Lien Khuong Airport Branch, the six-month suspension was never a pause, but a period of turning challenge into opportunity. A culture of learning was identified as the driving force behind the “5 Actions” mindset across every area of work. Learn, prepare, innovate and perform better – every technical briefing and every hour of self-directed training was a step toward the day of return. The readiness demonstrated today has therefore been built on knowledge and a spirit of innovation cultivated day by day.

   On the technical front, the Branch worked closely with the Technical Services Centre to develop and implement a comprehensive inspection, maintenance and repair programme covering the entire refuelling vehicle fleet and the tank farm technology system. Every vehicle was inspected in strict accordance with procedure and every component reviewed in detail, from pumps, filters and pipelines to metering instruments and safety devices. The objective was to sustain stable operating capability and eliminate all latent risks before entering the new operating phase. In parallel, the operations building was refurbished into a modern, well-organised workplace, better supporting the management, coordination and operational requirements of the period ahead.

The Branch’s facilities are inspected and maintained on a regular basis, fully meeting safety requirements.

   On the day of the return, all officers and staff took up their positions early, coordinating seamlessly across teams and carrying out their duties in the spirit of “Safety – Accuracy – Efficiency”. Every refuelling operation for the first flight was performed precisely in line with procedure, contributing to safe, on-time and smooth flight operations.

We are ready for a new journey.

   The return of commercial flights marks more than the resumption of operations at Lien Khuong. It is an affirmation of the capability, resilience and professionalism of the Skypec Lien Khuong Airport Branch team, and the starting point of a new journey in which every safe flight reflects the steady preparation that takes place behind the runway.
